As part of our holiday tradition, Park Place Lodge is pleased to be hosting a special visit from Old Saint Nick on Saturday December 18 and Sunday, December 19 from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm.
This will serve as the 20th year that we have been able to host this wonderful community event.
The Breakfast Buffet will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, with two seating times at 9:00 am and 10:45 am. The buffet will feature a variety of delicious items including Pastries, Fresh Fruit, Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausages, Fruit Juice, Cold Cereals, and a Deluxe Pancake Station with Buttermilk Pancakes. The cost for the Buffet will be $19 for Adults, $15 for Youth & Senior (10-14) and only $6 for Children (9 and under).
In addition to breakfast, children will have the opportunity to meet Santa to discuss their Christmas wish lists as well as the opportunity to have a photo taken with Santa Claus. Photos with Santa will be by donation, and you may sign up for emailed digital copies.
Each year, the hotel directs funds raised through the Santa breakfast to local community organizations. $6 from every Santa breakfast sold will be donated to the local organization East Kootenay Angel Flight. Due to Covid-19, proof of vaccination (age 12+) and mask mandates are required for attending this event. In addition distancing guidelines and specific interaction policies while visiting with Santa will also be in place. Please contact the hotel for additional information.
