It’s 1959 in Fernie — put on your blue suede shoes and get ready to dance the night away!

As a student of Fernie High School’s Class of ‘59, get ready to jive and twist the night away at the Fernie Museum’s Shake, Rattle, and Roll Hop while raising funds for a good cause.

On your way into the hop, stop by the Student Office to pick up your report card and new cafeteria pass before indulging in 2 specialty cocktails and a deluxe 1950s diner dinner (includes appies, dinner, dessert and soda shop floats). Dinner is followed by a special production of Canadian Bandstand with the Sugar Swing Dancers and special musical guests Peter and the Wolves. The bar will serve a selection of wine, beer, and spirits.

Help raise funds for a new “Fernie High gymnasium” by bidding on artwork, unique experiences, and a range of goods and services in our Live and Silent Auction.

Guests staying at the Park Place Lodge are able to purchase tickets through the hotel at an exclusive rate of  $75/person and $140/couple  ($10 savings per person). Please inquire about ordering tickets in advance at time of booking.
