What’s on Tap at the Pub
The sun is out and the summer vibes have arrived in Fernie and here at the Park Place Lodge! With this in mind, here are two of our summer favorites to enjoy while enjoying this wonderful weather.
On Tap – Kokanee Gold Amber Lager
Featured as one of our regular and more popular domestic beers, the Kokanee Gold Amber Lager was launched in 1990 and is brewed in the B.C. Kootenays at the Columbia Brewery. Using western-grown North American hops, Kokanee Gold is brewed to a fuller body with a hint of caramel overtones on the after-taste. This thirst quenching lager is the perfect beverage to enjoy on our extended Pub patio!
What’s on Menu at the Pub
Featuring marinated chicken skewers, spinach, carrot, peppers, cucumber, green onions, bean sprouts, Thai peanut dressing & served with steamed rice, Chicken Satay & Spinach Salad is one of the new entrées featured on our Pub summer menu.
Lagers have always been a great fit with Thai food and the classic lager flavours of the Kokanee Gold are a perfect complement to the the And it goes with saying these two items are the perfect pairing to enjoy on a warm summer evening while sitting on our Pub patio.
